Mission:
To represent exempt staff and provide a point of policy
input at Dixie State College. ESA will work to improve
working conditions, benefits, salaries and status of Exempt
Staff employees at DSC as its members strive to make the
college an even better place to work and to pursue and
education.

Goals: Our primary goals for 2008-2009 are to
continue working toward a new salary study, and to provide
professional development opportunities for our members.
